Eric Lint
Managing Director
Eric Lint, a Managing Director with JEGI, focuses on the firm’s leading M&A advisory practice to the wide array of companies providing information and data-driven products and services, as well as workflow solutions, to professionals in the global financial services sector.
Mr. Lint has served as a senior corporate development executive with several Fortune 1000 companies. Prior to joining JEGI in 2010, he was a Senior Vice President with D&B, where he supported the Chairman in the execution of D&B’s global growth strategy, resulting in acquisitions and investments in China, India, and Italy. Prior to joining D&B in 2008, he spent nine years as an Executive Vice President at Reuters, where he led the business development and venture capital/principal investing functions. During this time, Mr. Lint executed 50+ transactions globally, culminating in the merger of Reuters with Thomson.
Previously, he was with ABB, the global engineering and automation firm, from 1988 to 2000, where he led over 100 acquisition projects in 18 countries. Mr. Lint was responsible for ABB’s expansion into the US and its strategy in Latin America. He began his career at JP Morgan Chase, as a commercial banker in New York.
Mr. Lint earned a BA in Economics from Gettysburg College and completed his MBA at The University of Connecticut. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Gettysburg College.
