As a Director, Ms. Ginsberg advises media, marketing, information and technology companies in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital raises. Since joining JEGI in 2012, she has completed over 20 successful transactions across all JEGI sectors, working with founder-owned, venture capital- and private equity-backed companies and completing divestitures for global corporations.

Prior to JEGI, Ms. Ginsberg worked at Bunker Hill Capital, a $200 million private equity firm focused on lower middle market companies. Prior to that, she began her career in the senior cash flow lending originations group at NewStar Financial.
Ms. Ginsberg received her MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Business Administration from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, graduating summa cum laude.Back to team
