As a Managing Director, Mr. Gross advises technology, data, transformation, consulting, media, events and marketing companies in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, and capital raises. Since joining JEGI in 2000, Mr. Gross has participated in more than 100 successfully completed transactions. He is known for providing strategic advice and driving transactions to close at maximum valuation for entrepreneurs/founders, private equity and venture capital firms, and strategic corporations.

Mr. Gross serves on the Board of Directors of Ventana 3D, a leading holographic technology company, and is a former board member of the SIIA Connectiv division, a leading association for the B2B media and information industry. Mr. Gross invests in an array of early-stage companies and leads JEGI’s LP investment in Social Starts, an early stage investment fund focused on burgeoning technologies.
Mr. Gross holds his MBA with Honors in Finance and Investments from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College, and his BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.Back to team
