As a Managing Director, Mr. Mozarsky advises business information, technology, B2B Media, marketing services and financial services companies in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, and capital raises. He has 25 years of M&A, capital markets and operating experience and has played a key role in the transformation of global organizations in the business information, technology, news distribution and B2B media industries. Mr. Mozarsky leverages his deep experience across the Legal, Compliance, Public Relations, Investor Relations and Technology verticals to provide strategic advice to companies and private equity firms focused on these markets.

Prior to joining JEGI, Mr. Mozarsky, who spent the first seven years of his career as a cross border M&A attorney, led Bloomberg’s business across the Legal market and large parts of PR Newswire and UBM Tech, and was global co-head of M&A for UBM playing a key role in UBM’s transformation from a North America-centric print media group to a global provider of marketing solutions, face-to-face events and data products. At Bloomberg, Mozarsky led one of the legal market’s leading technology, data and analytics businesses. At Vannin Capital, Mozarsky led North America for one of the world’s largest legal finance organizations.
Mr. Mozarsky earned his BA degree from Williams College, and his JD degree from Fordham University School of Law. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Pro Bono Net, a not for profit organization focused on using technology and innovation to close the Access to Justice gap and help people through some of the most difficult challenges in their lives.Back to team
