Aberdeen Group, a leading provider of technology market research, intelligence and demand generation services, has been sold to Harte-Hanks, a publicly traded worldwide direct and targeted marketing company.

The Jordan, Edmiston Group initiated the transaction and served as exclusive financial advisor to Aberdeen and its institutional shareholders, including Commonwealth Capital Ventures, TL Ventures and First Light Capital.
