Conecture Technologies has sold MediaBox (www.mymediabox.com), a SaaS provider of digital asset management and asset workflow applications to media and entertainment, consumer products licensing, advertising and retail industries, to Jonas Software (www.jonassoftware.com), a  leading provider of enterprise management software solutions, and subsidiary of Constellation Software (www.csisoftware.com).
