THOMPSON MEDIA GROUP HAS SOLD SHESHUNOFF AND A.S. PRATT TO LEXISNEXIS, A SUBSIDIARY OF REED ELSEVIER

Thompson Media Group has sold its acclaimed publishing brands Sheshunoff and A.S. Pratt to LexisNexis Legal & Professional, a leading provider of content and technology solutions and subsidiary of Reed Elsevier.
