INNOVATION ENTERPRISE HAS BEEN SOLD TO ARGYLE EXECUTIVE FORUM, A PORTFOLIO COMPANY OF WICKS GROUP

Seguin Partners, The Economist Group and management have sold Innovation Enterprise, a leading producer of engagement events and marketing services, to Argyle Executive Forum, a leading provider of C-level executive events for Fortune 500 business leaders and a portfolio company of Wicks Group.
